1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or ordering from CocoBee.lk ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access our services.

2. Product Authenticity & Pricing

All CocoBee fine jewellery items are handcrafted using authentic 925 sterling silver, 18k solid gold/plating, natural freshwater cultured pearls, and genuine Sri Lankan Ceylon gemstones.

• All prices listed on CocoBee.lk are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify price lists without prior notice.
• Colors displayed online may vary slightly depending on monitor calibration.

3. Orders & Payment Methods

Orders placed via CocoBee.lk are subject to availability and acceptance. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across Sri Lanka.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are required to provide a valid mobile number for verification via SMS or phone call before dispatch.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand

All content on CocoBee.lk, including product imagery, brand logos, typography, graphic designs, and web layouts are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Reproducing any content without prior written permission from CocoBee is strictly prohibited.
